Coldplay sell tickets for 1$
The British ‘rockers’ (really?) seem to have fallen in the dark cold claws of the global recession, with tickets for their latest tour being sold online as low as 1$. They’ve been touring the US since May this year and they’ve been bringing together quite a crowd, with about 50.000 people per show and they’re bringing the show back in the UK in September. If you buy tickets from shops, they’ll be somewhere in the…
Ham Sandwich: Whelan’s (13/6/09)
We’re three songs into Ham Sandwich’s set in Whelan’s, and the entire crowd is already covered in confetti and there are maybe ten beach ball-sized balloons being batted between audience and band. Everyone in the venue is either grinning madly or openly laughing. Ham Sandwich are clearly here to have some fun. The…

I can only imagine how it will be on Wednesday morning. Or, can I?? I mean c’mon, massive massive traffic was expected of course, but this just seems to much. I mean 16.000 hits per second, just do the math, that’s…
Metallica Live in Bucharest

Living not that far from it and knowing the city pretty much, I arrived early in the morning to check some parts of the city. Some good and bad news came up from then: some parts of the city looked great, with amazing architecture, while some were in very bad shape. The traffic was almost really stuck…
