Last night Conan’s eccentric show, which featured the host wearing ladies’ jeggings and the three Kardashian sisters on the same couch, which is three too many, was topped by a sharp performance of Deerhunter’s “Helicopter” off the band’s latest full length effort, the recently released “Halcyon Digest”. After a series of intense reunion tour dates and a recently released platinum awarded compilation album, albeit released bundled with Guitar Hero cards, Soundgarden rocked the house last night for Coco with two great tracks off Telephantasm. Yesterday aired the first episode of CBS’ The Tonight Show with new found host Conan O’Brien at its helm, picking up after Jay Leno. I’m a bit late with this, but I’ve just found out that The Raconteurs were featured on Conan O’Brien’s Late Night Show, where they performed two live songs, from their April surprise record Consolers of the Lonely.
