I know this is a bit late, considering it’s been almost three months since the Reading and Leeds festivals took place, but this high quality footage of Them Crooked Vultures playing “Elephants” live is just too good not to share. Homme is ripping it all the way delivering perfectly balanced guitar work, while also singing, John Paul Jones proves he lives up to the legend tied to his name keeping the bass line afloat with ease (he looks and moves incredible for a 63 years old man, I might add), Alain Johannes, the ‘outsider’ of the group and one of the most under rated musicians ever, is splendid on rhythm guitar and Dave Grohl… I’ll just say this – THE MAN’S A BEAST! Please excuse the allcaps. Enjoy!
