Good news to all Rammstein fans because the band officially announced their European tour in 2013. You can find the schedule of their concerts in Germany and other European countries on their personal website. Aside from that exciting news, this New German Hardness band would be releasing two new music videos for the song “Mein Herz Brennt” (My Heart Burns) and both videos will debut at Rammstein’s official website. The first music video was released just a few days ago and featured a piano version of “Mein Herz Brennt”.
A single of that new version together with the song entitled “Gib Mir Deine Augen” is now available on the market. The second music video is due out on December 14 as well as the Videos 1995-2012 DVD, which is a compilation of this German rock band’s music videos. The DVD would surely be a collector’s item in the future because Rammstein has already left a mark in the international music scene with its intense industrial music and spectacular theatrical performances. Hearing the music of Rammstein reminded me of my trip to Germany a few years ago. My friend brought me to this underground poker club in Munich and I thought I won’t get out alive after winning €1,000. The uncomfortable stare of my opponents got me really nervous, but listening to “Du Hast” calmed me down and my buddies were also there which made me feel safe. I was glad that I have been playing Texas Hold’em poker regularly at http://de.partypoker.com because that became my training ground to real-life playing. I usually join Shootout tournaments at PartyPoker because the games are quicker and my chances of winning are faster. For the less daring, there is the Sit-and-Go Single Table tournament where you have to wait for opponents to occupy the seats before the game begins and the stakes here are not that high. The German live poker games are pretty much the same as the Shootouts at PartyPoker so I was able to play confidently and win some money.
Rammstein has been the choice of music of many poker players. I have friends that play poker a lot and they enjoy listening to metal, rock, hardcore and industrial music because it gets them pumped up while playing. Most of the songs of Rammstein are in German, but that does not bother me even if I can’t understand the lyrics because the deep vocals of Till Linderman, heavy guitar riffs of Richard Kruspe and Paul Landers, melodic keyboards of Flake Lorenz, dynamic basslines of Ollie Riedel and thundering drumrolls of Doom Schneider are enough to relay the message of the song. Finding out about Rammstein’s European tour in 2013 got me all excited because this German band is famous for its theatrics and pyrotechnic shows that would surely leave anyone in awe. Hardcore Rammstein fans, including me, should start reserving concert tickets now to get good seats to the concert next year.
