Turns out, it’s true…sorta. OutKast are, in fact, reuniting. This has been confirmed over at Revolt. And plans for touring in the US next year have also been confirmed. That said, a performance at Coachella has yet to be (technically).
The piece states that “exact dates remain a ways off,” but one – at the CounterPoint festival in Atlanta in April – may have been confirmed by this tweet.
And apparently Sleepy Brown used Instagram to assert the duo’s presence at Coachella, but that image has since been taken down.
Even if they don’t play Coachella next year, still: GET FUCKING EXCITED. OUTKAST IS BACK.
