Andrei MihaiRonnie James Dio died on 16 May, 2010. I was in a pub, drinking a beer when somebody came in and gave the news. Half of the pub practically dropped their drinks; and jaws. It’s one of those things that, when you think about it, is sort of logical but… it just seems wrong. Anyway, I’m not gonna go into exaggerating stuff and start melodrama. Dio was a king of rock, and he will be a king of rock, nothing more and nothing less. Let’s just say Elf, Black Sabbath, Rainbow and Heaven and Hell.
Here are just a handful of his songs, which were picked… well I picked the ones I liked the most, and that’s that. From you I ask one thing and one thing only: the single next drink you have, dedicate it to Dio. He’d love it.
